Coaching Services and Fees

If you would like the opportunity to experience a challenging yet rewarding approach towards your goals, Olympus Barbell Club offers a variety of services in which you can take advantage of.

  1. On-Site Programming and Coaching.  This option provides you with a structured plan aimed at improving your specific fitness goals.  To start, a personal assessment session is required.  During this assessment, we will identify strength and weaknesses in mobility and movement patterns, along with reaffirming your goals.  In this option, you will receive a weekly plan via email outlining your workouts and points of interest during each session.  In addition to the weekly plan, you will receive a recap of last week’s performance with tips on ways to improve overall performance.  You will also be coached in person and encouraged to submit videos to your coach when he/she is not present.  It is important to note that this is different from one-on-one training sessions, where you are exclusively coached.
    • First month:  $200 (personal assessment + programming)
    • Following months:  $150/month
  2. Distance Programming and Coaching.  We also offer distance programming and coaching.  The same offer from the on-site option applies here:  you will be asked to either submit videos of certain movements in lieu of an on-site personal assessment, or schedule a time with the coach to communicate via Skype or FaceTime in order to assess you.  You will also receive weekly emails with a program and points of interest.  In this option, it is vital that you maintain constant communication with your coach and submit videos for review on a daily basis (if possible) so that we may provide you with the best possible approach to your fitness goals.
    • First month:  $150 (personal assessment + programming)
    • Following months:  $100/month
  3. One-on-One Session.  A one-on-one training session is a one-hour session that will provide you with individual and undivided attention.  We will focus on your points of concerns and work together to make you better and more confident as you continue to endeavor into your programming and fitness goals.
    • Per session:  $50/athlete
    • 10 prepaid sessions:  $450
  4. Group Sessions.  This follows the same principle as the one-on-one sessions, where the group is the sole focus of the coach’s attention.
    • Two athletes:  $45/athlete/session
      • 10 prepaid sessions:  $405/athlete
    • Three athletes:  $40/athlete/session
      • 10 prepaid sessions:  $360/athlete
  5. Larger Group Classes.  This occurs when there are four or more athletes that want a group setting.  The instruction will be more broad unless a specific need is addressed for all athletes participating.  Please contact us before scheduling this particular session.
  6. Weightlifting Clinics.  Our coaches are available to provide your facility with an exclusive clinic focused on making your patrons more efficient in the snatch and clean and jerk.  A typical clinic would run from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a break in the middle for lunch and some allotted for setting new personal bests in the lifts!  If interested, please contact us for rates and requirements.
